    Dallas didn't close a printing plant -- it was a packaging plant (which used to be called the mailroom, though in fact it had little to do with mailing). Packaging is the fancy term publishers use to describe the process of putting all those ad inserts inside one another and then putting the inserts inside the newspaper itself.
